The staff spoke English and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the convenient location, with the metro and taxis readily available. It was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it ideal for leisure and shopping. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and kept us satisfied throughout the day. a fantastic experience.

The dinner buffet at the hotel was incredible, with a wide range of high, quality Western and Chinese dishes to choose from. the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel lobby was absolutely impressive, with grand decor and a stunningly large painting that caught my attention. It created a luxurious atmosphere that made me feel like I was staying in a top, notch hotel.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like during my stay. there was a constant unpleasant smell of food throughout the hotel, including the lobby, lifts, and corridors.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Yiwu for a leisure and shopping trip, and I must say that my time at Kingdom was fantastic. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and shopping areas. The views from the top floors were breathtaking, and the proper wall in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's shuttle bus to the market made getting around a breeze, and the breakfast provided a delicious and varied selection of food. The on-site cafes and restaurants, especially the Japanese buffet on the 2nd floor, were amazing.
