We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the underground line 3 Gangding station, making it really convenient for transportation. The staff were extremely helpful, although only one person spoke English fluently. The room service was top-notch, and we were even treated to complimentary chocolate. The hotel had a grocery shop and a money change machine, which were both very convenient. The restaurant had a nice selection of Western food, as well as a variety of bread and drinks. The TV channels and internet service were great, and the gym was well-equipped. The AC worked perfectly, and during the Canton Fair, the hotel had an amazing nightly show.

There were some issues with the shower in the room, as the water kept spilling out into the room due to a gap in the door. Sometimes there were odd occurrences, like housekeeping opening the door without notice or ignoring the do not disturb sign.
