Amazing room and comfortable bed! , the free wifi was a huge plus. The location was perfect, very close to the historical center of the city and close to many shops and restaurants. Another great advantage was the smooth and fast check-in and check-out process.

The breakfast was way below my expectations, with food that was cold and not fresh or appealing. The coffee was bad, even the cheese platter was a leftover from the day before.

The restaurant provided delicious cuisine for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax before retiring for the evening. The indoor swimming pool was pristine, along with the accompanying spa and wellness center. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the city's historical sights and popular attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was having to take two elevators to reach my room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and prime location more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Odd and uncomfortable experience with an attendant in the changing rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and within easy walking distance of places of interest like the praça do senado and Ruinas de Sao Paulo. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and elegant rooms. The beds were great and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel was easy to take a taxi from and there was ample parking available. The loan smartphone provided during our stay was a major plus, as it allowed us to navigate the city easily.
