The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of Asian and Western options. The hotel also offers unique experiences, such as homemade jams, yogurt, and juices.

Communication with some of the staff who don't speak English fluently can be a challenge.

our second stay this summer at the airport hotel was even better than the first. amazing service from all staff, especially john the swimming coach. he made our kids' swim experience memorable. perfect location near t3, with a convenient shuttle. rooms and facilities were top-notch, and the kids loved the robot at reception.

Menu at the ming court restaurant was confusing. small fonts for pricing made it hard to know the actual price of the dish ordered.
