The hotel was recently opened, so everything felt very new and modern. the design of the rooms, lobby, and restaurants was elegant and stylish. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's location was a big advantage, with a variety of food options available in the nearby shopping mall. Additionally, the CBD area was only a short taxi ride away.

Since the hotel was still new, there were some minor inconveniences. the smell of new construction materials was noticeable in the hotel and rooms.

The hotel ambiance was wonderful, with delicious western and Chinese food. The staff were polite, helpful, and offered good travel advice. Special mention to Fenia Wu for her assistance.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff, especially Fenia Wu, were extremely polite and helpful. They gave us great advice on traveling and even let us borrow a power adapter. The hotel itself was wonderful with a great ambiance. It was a relieving break after traveling in rural areas. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We also loved the location, right off the subway line and close to a fantastic shopping center. The breakfast offered delicious Western and Chinese options. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.
