Upgraded to a spacious, modern suite with full facilities. Convenient location next to ferry terminal with free shuttles. Friendly and professional staff, especially Shel at reception. Amazing facilities, including a huge apartment with two balconies. Over-the-top decor, but clean and well-stocked with toiletries.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with early check-in and provide recommendations for Macau attractions. Richard and Willy were particularly friendly and helpful. The room, a Superior double twin with sea view, was amazing, with a balcony and even a welcome message on the TV screen. The hotel also offered a spa salon with affordable fruit spa services. The location between the ferry terminal and Fisherman's Wharf was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of cuisines. The facilities were new and well-maintained, including a swimming pool, gym, and casino.

My family and I had a fantastic New Year's at this luxurious hotel. The stunning sea view from our room was a highlight, and the helpful staff made us feel welcome and cared for. the hotel's convenient location near the ferry terminal made for easy transportation.

The breakfast buffet could have been tastier and more satisfying. Some of the hot food could have been kept warmer, and the wait for made-to-order omelets was a bit frustrating.

The location was perfect, close to the port and the UNESCO historical center. The staff, especially Richard at the concierge desk, were kind and incredibly helpful. I also appreciated that the hotel had its own unique charm, away from the big casinos. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Asia.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the hot water was not readily available in the pool area during the winter season. However, the pool staff was nice enough to bring us a glass of hot water upon request.
