I had a great experience during my business trip! the hotel is super close to the ferry terminal, making it super easy to get around. I loved the stunning architecture that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Plus, the in-house casino was a fun way to unwind after long meetings!

The water in the shower took ages to warm up, and I struggled with lukewarm water on one of the days. the exterior could use a little TLC, as I noticed a few maintenance issues.

The room, a Superior double twin with sea view, was amazing, with a balcony and even a welcome message on the TV screen. The hotel also offered a spa salon with affordable fruit spa services. The location between the ferry terminal and Fisherman's Wharf was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of cuisines. The facilities were new and well-maintained, including a swimming pool, gym, and casino.
