Located in Shanghai's Bund neighborhood, this hotel offers a great view of the Pudong area and is just opposite the pier on the Huangpu River. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, down pillows, and a luxurious bathroom equipped with a deep tub and a fancy bidet. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast buffet is lavish, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

The hotel lacks a bar area, which can be a disappointment for those looking to relax and enjoy a few drinks after a long day.

We couldn't have asked for a better view of the Bund. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with Art Deco features. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the Bund, Yu Garden, and Jingling Street. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although the lunch and dinner options were limited. The staff were professional and English-speaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Shanghai.

We had an amazing stay at Les Suites Orient, Bund. the staff spoke excellent English and were always available to assist us. They even helped us book train tickets and recommended a place to get a China Mobile simcard. When we accidentally left our valuables in the safe, they kept them safe until our return and everything was intact. the location was perfect, offering stunning views of Pudong and parts of the bund. the rooms were comfortable and the concierge was extremely helpful. it was a pleasant experience with great service and amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel facilities were generous and professional. The location was excellent, close to the ferries sailing to Pudong and Yuyuan Gardens. The breakfast buffet was opulent with a lot of different selections. The COO, Bennie Chen, even made herself known to us during breakfast.

I had the most incredible stay at Les Suites Orient, Bund. The room had a breathtaking view of the Shanghai International exhibition center and it was spotlessly clean. The service was outstanding, especially from Mila at the front desk. Her friendly and positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The next time I visit Shanghai, I will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend Les Suites Orient, Bund for a great hotel experience with excellent service.
