Upon arrival, We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. the room was just stunning, perfectly decorated with traditional Naxi style. the amenities were luxurious, including a beautiful sun terrace and garden area, along with private facilities that exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a marvelous picnic with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and the hotel's restaurant was absolutely fabulous, offering delectable local cuisine that was a perfect blend of traditional and modern flavors.

We encountered a minor issue with the check-in process. Although the housekeepers were very polite, the check-in took slightly longer than expected, even though We had contacted the hotel before to consult the route and parking.

Conveniently located near bus routes to explore the surrounding area, comfortable room, and friendly staff. the hotel is situated in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the nearby towns and attractions. the bus routes to Lijiang bus and train station are also easily accessible. the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always willing to help and assist during the stay.

Management and breakfast issues during off-season. Unfortunately, during our stay in the off-season, there seemed to be a lack of clear management of the hotel.
