The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the variety of food offered in the evening at the club lounge. The morning breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was amazing. The staff even prepared a pack and play crib in our room for our one-year-old.

The Longemont in Shanghai was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom, and the separate living room made it feel like a suite. The location was perfect for my meetings, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

We recently stayed at The Longemont and had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a fantastic location with amazing views of the city, including the iconic towers of Lujiazui. The female locker room was clean and had great facilities like a jacuzzi and steam room. We also appreciated the addition of a clothes dryer. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even prepared a pack and play crib for our one-year-old. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. our room was always cleaned efficiently and the check-in and check-out process was fast and effortless.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. I stayed in room 3225 for three nights during a conference. The hotel is not in a touristy area, which was a plus for me. It is, however, conveniently located near shops and restaurants on Pingwu Road. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk from Jiangtong University and Jiangsu Road metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. The room itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a bathtub. The free wifi and air conditioning worked well, and the hotel was quiet. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. However, please note that there were a few minor downsides such as the locked minibar, the lack of shampoo in the bathroom, and the unfathomable light switches.

Very well decorated, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. However, the lack of AC made the room uncomfortably hot during warm weather. Hotel staff tried to alleviate the issue by opening a small window, but it didn't help much.

With an early arrival, the staff at The Longemont were incredibly helpful, offering a room upgrade to the club room. As a guest with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenience of being able to check in at 9am and enjoying a complimentary breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect for my meetings, and I would highly recommend it for future stays. The restaurant options were also great for holding meetings, and I particularly recommend the Royal China.
