We had a wonderful stay at this unique inn nestled in a traditional Chinese tulou. the owner, Stephen, and his family were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a delicious breakfast and tea. Stephen's brother took us on a tour of the surrounding area, explaining the history of each tulou we visited. the rooms were cozy, the village was peaceful, and waking up to the sounds of nature was refreshing. the inn also offered great coffee for breakfast, a rare find in such a cultural heritage site. it was an incredible experience.

We had a great time at the inn. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave a personal touch. The village was rustic, traditional, and scenic. The inn had modern luxuries like Western-style toilets, hot showers, and free WiFi. The food, especially the village chicken with Hakka rice wine and the fried mee, was delicious. The owner, Stephen, was hospitable and helped us organize our visit to the surrounding tulou clusters. The hotel had a warm ambiance, and the breakfast offered both Chinese and western options. The inn also had a good selection of craft beer and local wine.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding tulou villages, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms, although basic, provide a comfortable stay with amenities such as air-conditioning and cozy beds.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, as some rooms have shared showers and sinks, leading to potential inconvenience and longer wait times.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a variety of delicious plant-based options on the menu. The food was exceptional and catered perfectly to our dietary needs.
