The room temperature was unbearable and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted. Room service was also a disappointment as the staff's English wasn't great and there were delays in the delivery of the food.

We enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massages. The treatment rooms were modern and clean, and the beauty treatments provided made us feel pampered. The on-site restaurant provided delicious food, and we enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room every morning.
