This hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs. The private facilities were a highlight, as well as the room advantages. The staff provided excellent service, and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for relaxing. The location advantages were also appreciated.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the spa - it was not operated by the hotel, leading to hidden fees and false advertising. However, this was a small setback in an otherwise wonderful stay.
