The room size was excellent, with a very comfortable bed. the staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the South Shanxsi Road Metro station. Additionally, there was a well-stocked supermarket in the basement of the Parkson complex opposite the hotel.

The hotel seemed to be more suited for business travelers and conference attendees rather than leisure/holiday travelers. However, this was a minor comment and did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.
