The breakfast options were great, even for European guests. the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the local show, which was very convenient. the hotel is located near the train station and airport, making it ideal for transit or early flight/train trips.

The hotel required a high deposit, equal to double the room rate, which was not mentioned beforehand and could be a burden for guests with limited funds. the lack of a Level Club lounge, which was advertised but no longer exists, was disappointing as we specifically chose this hotel for that amenity.

The Senz Hotel & Spa offered a fantastic shuttle bus service to the Shanghai show, making our visit much easier. The breakfast options were plentiful, even catering to European tastes. The hotel's cute shopping area had a great selection of restaurants nearby. The junior suite was beautiful and spacious, and the gym, pool, and sauna area provided a relaxing environment. The location near the International Exhibition Centre, railway station, and airport was convenient.

Traveled for business, stayed at The Senz Hotel for 2 nights. Comfortable room with balcony, great amenities, not too big of a hotel so no long walks. Breakfast was a pleasure with a variety of options. Gym and wellness area were a big plus. Will definitely return.

the spa facilities were divine, with a top-notch indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage treatments available. the spa lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy the serene ambiance. the hotel staff were exceptional in providing great service and made us feel special. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and drinks.

This hotel was quite far from the city center, which limited our exploring options. we were very impressed with the garden area and BBQ facilities, which made up for the lack of city advantages.

This hotel had a great location for our Xmas staycation, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. the gym and pool were also great amenities to have. the hotel offered a BOGOF spa voucher which we enjoyed.

the afternoon tea was poor and there was no food served with it. the dinner service was slow and the restaurant was practically empty.
