Incredible hospitality, friendly and patient staff, helped with work package delivery, walked me to the bus stop with an umbrella in the rain. Older building but well-maintained with clean, comfortable furnishings. Breathtaking view from pool and harbor side rooms. Great mixture of old shops and new cafes in the area. Convenient location near metro and cafes. Staff provided excellent service, gave directions, called cabs, and had a great service mind. Comfortable, firm beds. Impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff, brought you things you liked and cleaned plates while you were gone. Accommodating with late check-out and fixing a broken stroller. Prompt room cleaning even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Personalized service, addressed by name by staff, genuinely interested in guests. Fine hotel with a great staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just across the street and only a few stops away from the city center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, the upgrade to a suite on the 30th floor gave me a breathtaking view of the city skyline and Victoria Harbour. It was truly a sight to remember.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tin Hau metro station, with easy access to Central and Wan Chai. The rooftop pool is a great bonus, and despite the small rooms, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is excellent, and everything is super clean. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Felt so well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Great location for exploring the city and close to public transportation. the rooftop pool had lovely views.

Staff refused to accommodate my request for a double bed and did not offer an upgrade. Bedsheets were clean but overall service was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday cake! The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to the MTR station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a stunning city view. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of service, location, and amenities.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing Stay in Hong Kong

I had an incredible stay at a centrally located hotel in Hong Kong. The view from the rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city skyline. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from answering my questions to conveniently storing my luggage. The hotel was conveniently located near bus stations and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Hong Kong.

I recently stayed at Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay for a week-long vacation. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to various attractions by bus and tram. The 20th-floor room offered a nice view and was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff, especially those in the Panorama Lounge and at the concierge, were extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure our needs were met and provided excellent service. The complimentary drink we received while waiting for our room was a nice touch. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to HK station, making in-town check-in hassle-free.it was a pleasant experience with comfortable rooms and stunning views of Victoria Harbour and Park.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and supermarket. The area is less crowded and noisy than the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service.

The pictures on the website were a bit misleading and my room didn't look as fancy as I expected. The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
