Incredible hospitality, friendly and patient staff, helped with work package delivery, walked me to the bus stop with an umbrella in the rain. Older building but well-maintained with clean, comfortable furnishings. Breathtaking view from pool and harbor side rooms. Great mixture of old shops and new cafes in the area. Convenient location near metro and cafes. Staff provided excellent service, gave directions, called cabs, and had a great service mind. Comfortable, firm beds. Impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff, brought you things you liked and cleaned plates while you were gone. Accommodating with late check-out and fixing a broken stroller. Prompt room cleaning even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Personalized service, addressed by name by staff, genuinely interested in guests. Fine hotel with a great staff.

I recently stayed at Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay for four nights during my trip to explore the city. The floor manager and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always welcoming us with smiles. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the bus interchange and MTR. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the stunning ocean view from my window. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a nice selection, and the check-in/check-out process was fast and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is very convenient, within a few minutes' walk of public transportation and in the bustling Causeway Bay area. The room was well-appointed and the staff, from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping and receptionist Dianne, were very friendly and gave excellent service. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the facilities like the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the MTR, allowing easy access to Hong Kong. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The rooms have a good view of Victoria Harbour and are very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant, Cafe De Parc, offers a good buffet breakfast and a wide selection for dinner. a great 6-night stay.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the upgraded room we chose was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. the all-day access to the Panorama Lounge with free drinks and food during Happy Hour was a great bonus. the hotel's location was also a key factor in our positive experience. It was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Lastly, the staff provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Although our stay was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of downsides. the pool, while boasting magnificent views in the pictures, was smaller than expected and somewhat disappointing.

The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect romantic escape. the hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and a wide variety of restaurants just minutes away.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than ideal. the initial room we were given had a musty odor, but the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a better room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tin Hau metro station, with easy access to Central and Wan Chai. The rooftop pool is a great bonus, and despite the small rooms, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is excellent, and everything is super clean. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to popular attractions like Victoria Park and shopping centers. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the rooftop swimming pool, which offered a stunning view. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom that had both a shower and a tub.

Housekeeping failed to clean our room for two days and it was difficult to reach them by phone. the breakfast area was not well organized and had limited seating, and some of the utensils were not properly cleaned.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the location was convenient, near the bus interchange and Tin Hau MTR station. The staff, including Maggie, Weshley Fung, and the concierge, were warm, helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
