They were very nice and spoke English very well, always willing to help us with any request we had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and sitting area were all greatly appreciated. The room also had a patio, where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The hotel also had a small selection of complimentary home-cooked items that could be made at our request, adding to the personalized and welcoming atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

We had an amazing stay at a charming renovated hutong called Michael's House. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, offering great shopping recommendations and even taking care of one person in our group who fell sick. the rooms were small but well furnished and comfortable, with high-quality linens and a very comfortable bed. the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet hutong but still within a 10-minute walk to the closest subway station. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all BJ attractions and just a short walk to the nearest Metro station that would take you anywhere in Beijing including the usual tourist areas. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast selection is satisfying and filling, perfect to start your day. The hotel also offers facilities such as a pleasant lounge area and the option to arrange tours.

Some rooms may have limited natural light and fresh air due to facing an interior garden.

The hotel has an amazing interior design that sets it apart from other typical hotels. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, giving us advice on what to do around the city. the location was also very convenient as it was close to major tourist attractions and restaurants.

Although the hotel is in a great location, the distances in the city are too big, so we had to take the subway quite frequently to reach certain areas. the breakfast could have been better, it was not as varied and inspired as we hoped.
