The value for money at Grand Millennium was excellent, with a spacious and modern room. The hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the staff treated me very well.

The service fee was quite high, and the level of service did not match the price. the cleanliness of the bathtub was not up to standard, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel has excellent breakfast and is strategically located near Hong Qiao airport and the nearest metro station, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean and offers great facilities such as a good gym and comfortable rooms. The staff, though limited in English-speaking abilities, are friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Millennium in Shanghai. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially loved the pillow menu and the fantastic massage I received at the spa. a great experience.

I recently stayed at Grand Millennium for a few nights for a business trip. The hotel's design and comfort were impressive, making my stay extremely enjoyable. The swimming pool and fitness center were great amenities to have, and the hotel's proximity to a commercial center, including a Carrefour, was very convenient. It was also only a short 10-minute walk to the Shuicheng Rd metro station on line 10.

Great location, just a short walk to the nearest station and close to Jingan Temple. Helpful and polite door man. Fast and spacious elevators with card access. Convenient and ample parking with electricity charging service. Easy access to Carrefour and Foreign street. Comfortable rooms with a good bed, TV, and size.
