I recently stayed at Minimal Hotel in Sham Shui Po for 4 nights. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, easily communicating in English, Cantonese, and Chinese. The compact but well-furnished room had all the amenities we needed and was cleaned daily. The view from the room was nice, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the MTR and with an airport shuttle bus stop nearby. There was also a halal food restaurant within walking distance. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
