Enjoyed my comfortable stay at New World! The location was super convenient, just 15 minutes away from the train station and Xinghai Park. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. My daughter and I had a great time and definitely recommend staying here. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even provided us with welcome cards and checked in on us throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options, including congee, dim sum, and fresh fruit. the service at the buffet was impeccable, with the staff making sure we had everything we needed and not rushing us. the location is also perfect, with plenty of scenic attractions nearby to explore.

There were a few small disappointments during our stay. Our room had an unpleasant smell, and despite multiple requests to switch rooms, the issue was not resolved.

The location is perfect as it is located near the train station and park. An added bonus is that the hotel offers a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was not a pleasant one. The room had a strange odor which made it hard to breathe. The staff was not very attentive to guest needs as they did not respond to our request to change the room. Additionally, the breakfast hours were not accommodating as breakfast ended early, and the staff at the residence club was not helpful. The laundry service was a disappointment as our clothes were not washed properly. These issues left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with my stay.

the room advantages were exceptional with a spacious layout and comfortable bedding. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon and the sauna was a nice touch. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast with a great selection. the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of drinks and provided a great atmosphere. the private facilities were outstanding and the location had its advantages.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service, which was not up to my expectations. the staff could have been more attentive and friendlier towards guests.
