We loved the convenient location right at the subway station, making it easy to explore anywhere in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean rooms and the well-equipped gym. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast had a great variety and catered to different tastes.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Shanghai. the overall value and level of service were excellent, making it a go-to choice for authentic and affordable 5-star hospitality. the staff and management, particularly one staff member named Sheri, were professional and quick to resolve any issues. They even upgraded me to a gorgeous suite. the quality of the breakfast and the service provided by the restaurant staff, especially the floor manager Timmy, were outstanding. Timmy made sure that every customer felt cared for and went above and beyond to provide a great experience. the rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. the hotel also had good amenities and a convenient location near the city center.

Amazing view from our room window and very spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. the location was also great, right next to a metro station and lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

there were not many western outlets in the room, which made charging our devices a bit of a hassle. though, the positives outweighed the negatives and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my recent stay at New World, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The attention to detail was evident as the front desk had already prepared my room key upon arrival. The staff even treated me to a delightful cup of Chinese tea. The level of personalization was outstanding, as a maid greeted me by name the next morning and led me to breakfast.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a shopping mall located below the Zhongsan MRT station. It is also close to the downtown area, which can be reached in just 20 minutes by subway. The hotel is situated opposite a park and is a short metro ride away from the iconic Bund. Additionally, the hotel is well-connected to various parts of the city due to its proximity to the metro station.

One downside mentioned by a guest was the lack of English fluency among the staff.
