The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus and train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel offered airport pickup, which was a big help. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and assisting us with excursion tickets and recommendations for the local area. great value for money and a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the cable cars for Tianmen mountain. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, with great views of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with valuable information and assistance in planning our day trip to Tianmen mountain. They even helped us buy tickets. this hotel provided us with excellent service and a convenient location to explore the nearby attractions.

We loved the 24-hour service and the friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The location was convenient, with the central bus station and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The accessibility to coffee shops and western-style bakeries within a 10-minute walk was a plus. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. They provided detailed instructions for exploring Zhangjiajie National Park and even booked our tickets for Tianmen Mountain in advance.

For our recent 6-day stay in Zhangjiajie, Niuguanjia Modern Guest House was the perfect choice! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being situated right next to both the bus and train stations. This made it easy for us to explore the area, including taking the bus to Fenghuang. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel staff, especially Juju and Isaac, provided exceptional service, helping us with everything from buying tickets to Tianmen mountain to recommending local dining options. We were truly impressed with the level of care and attention we received during our stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the cable railway station for Tianmen mountain and the bus station for exploring other attractions in the city. The room itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with proper heating and air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide selection of speciality tea from the Zhangjiajie region, which I had the chance to taste and enjoy.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money is outstanding. For the reasonable price we paid, the quality and size of the rooms were excellent. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the connected wash basin in the rooms, which is very convenient, to the clean and cozy atmosphere. Secondly, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to the entrance ticket area, where you can easily catch buses or take the cable car. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Finally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. The breakfast provided was also delicious and added to the overall positive experience. We couldn't find anything negative about this hotel, everything was just okay.
