Great value for money with a comfortable room and a nice view of the harbor. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Jessie from the lounge who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, specifically the scrambled eggs which were consistently undercooked. However, the staff was always friendly and willing to help with a smile.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The soundproof rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and sauna, which I made good use of. I also appreciated the good air conditioning and air purifier in the room. A highlight for me was the delicious buffet breakfast with a good choice of Asian and western options. The pizza at the Italian restaurant was also excellent. this hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services.
