I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to hop on a cab, which luckily stopped right in front of the hotel. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were willing to order us a taxi whenever we needed one, which made getting around so much easier.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and room quality.

Construction work taking place nearby caused some noise, and the shower pressure was low. the AC was non-adjustable, and there was some difficulty with the language barrier when it came to communication with some staff.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Front Desk Agent Matt who went above and beyond to assist me at Guiyang Railway Station. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable with a nice view. The location was convenient, close to the metro station. Underground crossings in the city can be confusing, so it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer directions. Late check-out was easy.
