I had a great stay at Novotel Suites. The breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of fruits and vegetables. The coffee was delicious and kept me energized for the day. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and table and chairs that allowed our group to gather in the evenings and play games. The location is perfect, as it is close to both the exhibition center and Hongqiao airport. We were also delighted to find a new restaurant/bar street nearby, where we could enjoy a variety of dining options. The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great experience during my business trip. The hotel had everything I needed, from a hair dryer and iron in the room to a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and bars as well as the expo. The hotel was also very clean with a nice quiet yard.

There were some negatives. some of the staff had a weak understanding of English which made communication difficult at times.
