This hotel provided a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and bar/lounge area. The room advantages were also noteworthy, with well-equipped kitchens and private facilities for added comfort. The location advantage near restaurants and commercial areas was also convenient.

The in-room breakfast made up for it with delicious options. The hotel's service was satisfactory but could use some improvement in attentiveness and responsiveness.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the amenities offered in the rooms, including a built-in oven and a bathtub. The beds were also very comfortable and made it hard to get up in the morning. The location was convenient with many nearby restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the on-site facilities like the gym and the pool.

The location was not within walking distance of West Lake, which required a taxi ride. The doorman and concierge were not very helpful with getting a taxi, which resulted in a frustrating wait before we retrieved one ourselves.
