Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, washing machine, and dryer. Clean and comfortable with a great shower. Convenient location with a commercial mall nearby featuring a supermarket and dining options.

The apartment size was impressive, larger than other service apartments I've stayed in. the staff, from the service team to the management, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the general manager went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home, sharing valuable information about the area. the location was fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to the metro station and surrounded by lively bars and restaurants.

There was an issue with barking dogs in the room next to mine that disturbed my sleep. It would have been helpful if the apartment had allocated separate floors for business travelers where pets aren't allowed, to avoid noise disruptions.

I recently spent a weekend at a great serviced apartment in Shanghai. the staff were lovely, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the apartment was well equipped and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. the location was perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants and shopping centers.

The only issue I had during my stay was that there weren't enough adapters available for guests to use. it would have been nice if there were more staff on hand in case of an emergency.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who enjoy self-catering, as it is situated right next to a mall with numerous food choices and retail options. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. When it's time to check out and head to the airport, guests can quickly hop in the car and be on their way.

The glass wall around the gym lacks privacy, as it is not frosted.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean deluxe 2-bedroom apartment made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. The hotel's location connected to the Imago mall was a huge plus, as we had easy access to a supermarket and some basic places to eat. Plus, it was convenient for checking out and heading to the airport.

We had a fantastic experience at Oakwood Residence in Shanghai. The communication before our trip was excellent, and they even arranged transport to and from the airport. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and assisted with our luggage. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely kitchen and a luxurious rain shower. We appreciated the slippers and gown provided, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of Chinese and English options. Having direct access to the adjacent mall was so convenient. We also appreciated the assistance in arranging taxis and providing addresses in Chinese. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The windows in the bedroom didn't provide much sound isolation, so we could hear traffic noise from the nearby road and fans from the mall during the day.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, where all our exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. the spacious room featured exclusive facilities, including a stunning sun terrace and private facilities, ensuring our privacy. the hotel's restaurant and lounge area served delicious meals and drinks. We enjoyed packed lunches, which were extremely handy on our tours.

Despite the incredible stay, we experienced some noise from the nearby street because of the open windows, but it didn't affect our sleep quality.
