Check-in was smooth and room size decent. Close proximity to major casino hotel with free shuttle service. Easy access via overhead bridge.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the upgraded room with a beautiful view of the plaza. The facilities were clean and convenient, and the staff at the front desk provided helpful service. The hotel is located in a new building, making transportation easily accessible. The proximity to Senado Square was a great advantage, and there were plenty of nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The availability of necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and a hairdryer was a nice touch. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for our business trip.

the staff were solid and the location was excellent. the bed was comfortable and clean, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the availability of hot and cold water, as well as the well-maintained facilities. the hotel also had a good WiFi connection, which was a plus. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast service, as the staff were prompt in accommodating our request for eggs.

We had a fantastic stay at Ole London! the hotel's location was great, with easy access to transportation and Macao central. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even arranging for our family to have three rooms together. the rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with convenient facilities. the laminated flooring and nice bedding made for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the extra pillow provided.
