the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring attractions like the ruins of St Paul and the Leal Senado. the friendly English-speaking staff were a plus, and there were plenty of local eateries nearby to sample traditional dishes. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
