The room was immaculate, with plenty of amenities to make us feel comfortable and at home. The beautiful lobby gave off a traditional and welcoming vibe. The location was perfect, close to the rail station and with a supermarket conveniently across the street. The staff, though limited in English, were helpful and accommodating. The automatic elevators were a nice touch. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the two features offered by the hotel: the traditional feel in the lobby and the automatic opening doors in the elevators, which added a touch of convenience. The hotel's location was also a key aspect, as it was centrally located and made it very convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the spacious room on the executive level was a great advantage, with a bathroom that had all the amenities one would expect.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the room had a stale cigarette smoke smell, which was quite unpleasant.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel made me feel like a VIP. The service was impeccable, with helpful and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The Spa & wellness centre was a particular highlight, boasting a wide range of exclusive amenities that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive additions to my luxurious stay.

Despite the many positives of this hotel, I did notice a minor issue that detracted from my experience somewhat. The karaoke room was somewhat lackluster, with a dated and uninspiring selection of songs that left me feeling a little disenchanted.

The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast which is a great start to the day. , the hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated close to key transportation points such as the railway station and a big supermarket. the overall cleanliness of the hotel is commendable.
