The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly, with excellent English skills. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent, being near the Labrang Monastery and the beautiful mountains.

I recently had a fantastic city break in Xiahe and stayed at a hotel near the famous Labrang Monastery. the location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the monastery entrance and surrounded by charming Tibetan style decorations. the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. One of the best things about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They organized two great trips for me, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another advantage was the heating, which was on during my December visit, and they even provided a good electric blanket to keep me warm during the cold nights.

Had a great Easter weekend at a small hotel in a Tibetan region. the room was clean and comfy with traditional ornaments, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that it was close to the beautiful Labrang Monastery and provided easy access to the grasslands. the hotel served delicious traditional Tibetan cuisine.

The hot water was inconsistent and only lukewarm at times. the front desk staff seemed uninterested in addressing this issue, and the hotel was a bit noisy due to the construction works on the street.

The owner is awesome. English-speaking staff. Great location near Labrang Monastery. Large, comfortable rooms. Good heating and decent wifi.

I had a great time staying at a hotel in Xiahe. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Lanzhou airport. It was also very close to the monastery, making it convenient for exploring. The best part was the hike up to the hills behind the monastery, where I had the most amazing view. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast menu had a nice variety of options to choose from.

There was one downside - the heating in the room was not sufficient.

The hotel was more like a travel agency hub and the host was extremely helpful in organizing my transfers and trip to the grasslands. The facilities were clean and tidy, and the location was perfect for exploring this fascinating and beautiful part of China. Great location next to famous monastery, 10 min walk from bus station. Helpful owner and staff arranged bike rental and gave good food recommendations. Clean and quiet room with homely atmosphere. Tasty local breakfast option available. Will stay again when back in the area.
