The hotel provided thoughtful amenities, like an AppleTV in the room for easy connectivity, a free minibar that was replenished daily, and complimentary coffee in the lobby throughout the day. I also appreciated the lobby area, which had a comfortable seating area where I could work on my laptop. The location was convenient, as it was close to the Bay Area and the newly opened Wong Chuk Hang Station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, responding quickly to any requests or questions I had. They even provided a free Christmas gift box filled with snacks in my room, which was a lovely touch.

During my Easter holiday, I had a great stay at a hotel near the MTR, which made it very accessible to commute around the city. the room was clean, comfortable and the bed was cozy. two benefits offered were the free Wi-Fi and free breakfast which was sufficient to start the day.

The food selection during dinner was limited, and I had to travel to another location to find more options. the room was small and lacked the proper furniture to accommodate us for room service.

I recently stayed at Ovolo for a business trip and I can't recommend it enough. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with large windows and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but it's well-connected to the city and other attractions by the nearby MRT stop. The highlight for me was the rooftop bar with its great vibes. it's the perfect place to stay in HK.

The interior is modern and the rooms are comfortable. the hotel offers free drinks and a welcome snack bag, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the happy hours, breakfast, and the roof terrace. the sports gym was also a great amenity. the service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. my experience at Ovolo was fantastic.

The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a large bathroom. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast has a good variety of choices, and there is a free minibar in the room. Additionally, the hotel offers a gym and a self-laundry facility.

Some guests have reported minor cleanliness issues in their rooms, such as dust and water marks on the glass shelves in the bathroom.

The interior design is so chic and cozy, it's like being in a fancy living room. The lounge is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or hiding from the world. The food selection is a melting pot of flavors, just like my crazy wardrobe. The zero-proof drinks are guilt-free indulgence.

The pillow was softer than my heart after a romantic movie marathon.
