Stayed here for Christmas and had a great experience! the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, just like in the photos. the bathroom was clean and had a luxurious bathtub and rain shower. the hotel's location was very convenient, with a metro station just across the street, making it easy to explore the city. One of the best things was the breakfast room on the 16th floor, where we got to enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast while taking in the stunning city view.

The hotel staff's English speaking skills were limited, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the internet speed was also not as fast as expected, and we had to constantly ask for a new password for each device.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the generous welcome drinks in our room. The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT Zoo station, making it easy to get around. The recently refurbished rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great shower with hot water and good pressure. The cleaning staff were excellent and replaced towels every day. The hotel also provided a complimentary bus to and from the Canton Fair, which was a nice bonus.
