The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable in Hong Kong, with a very nice room for the price I paid. The location was just a short walk from Kowloon city where you can find a wide selection of restaurants. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly, efficient, and pro-active, making my stay hassle-free and comfortable.

The breakfast menu could have been better if the cheese was replenished without having to ask for it every morning.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to walk around even after opening my luggage. the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there's a shopping mall called Plaza Hollywood just 8 minutes away. From there, you can take a direct bus to Sai Kung for a relaxing day trip. the hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Diamond Hill Station, where you can easily catch the A29 bus from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my room was. Despite being in an industrial area, I felt quite safe and the location was very convenient for public transportation, being only a 2-minute walk from the MTR. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the hotel offered room service and laundry services which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

While the staff were very nice, I do wish they had explained more of the hotel's facilities to me when I arrived. However, given the quality of service I received, I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this area.

The hotel had a lively and unique vibe to it, with quirky decorations and comfortable rooms that felt bigger than the usual Hong Kong size. the breakfast was great, offering a variety of both Western and Asian options in a restaurant that had the feel of an Asian market. the hotel staff was polite, helpful, and could speak English well, making the service and stay even more enjoyable. the hotel also had great transport options nearby, including a 10-minute walk to a Diamond Hill MTR station and a bus terminal only five minutes away, plus a few shopping centers to cover the essentials.

The hotel had excellent facilities like karaoke and a casino, which we enjoyed as people who like entertainment.

We felt welcome and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

The friendly staff provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a variety of facilities such as a pool table and a well-equipped gym.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its efficient and friendly staff. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities. the view of the city and mountains was breathtaking. the hotel's facilities, including the games rooms and gym, were impressive. the location was convenient, surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, and international chains. Exploring the nearby temple and nunnery was a highlight. the hotel even went the extra mile with their guard helping us flag a taxi to the airport.

The receptionists at the hotel were not as courteous as expected. They were sometimes inattentive and dealt with guests rudely.
