The pool and facilities at Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao were fantastic. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. I especially loved the Nespresso corner, it was a nice touch. The location is also great, with close proximity to Hongqiao airport and station. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was filled with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. The service was impeccable, the indoor swimming pool was clean, and the spa lounge was incredibly soothing. We enjoyed relaxing in the leisure room and appreciated the private facilities that made our stay even more special. The location was also convenient and allowed us to explore the local area with ease.

The only minor issue was that the beauty treatment options were limited in the spa centre. Despite this, the available treatments were still high-quality and indulgent, and did not detract from our wonderful experience at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had a great selection of Chinese, Western, sushi, fruits, pastries. The hotel was located in a great area close to various attractions and amenities.

The pool was closed during our stay, which ruined our planned romantic escape. We had to waste a lot of money and time trying to find alternative activities to do.
