The hotel's location is very convenient with a bus stop right in front and the MTR station below. It is also very near to some local markets and restaurants. The rooms are modern and have power points, USB chargers, and a mobile phone provided. The concierge is helpful in storing bags and friendly.

Some guests have reported an unpleasant smell in the lobby and halls.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was convenient to walk to many places and there were plenty of great food options nearby. The fact that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with direct access to the MTR was a huge plus. The pillow in the room was also firm and comfortable. The reception staff made me feel welcome and the room itself was pleasant. I appreciated the complimentary newspaper.

I recently stayed at Prudential for 4 nights during my leisure trip to Taipei. The location was excellent, with easy access to the MRT, restaurants, and banks. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced for couples. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and directions to all the attractions in Taipei. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the pool attendant was very attentive. The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of options, including fruits, western and Chinese dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right above the metro station and close to a variety of good restaurants. I loved that there was a 7/11, pharmacy, and currency exchange right next door - so convenient! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I was even given a room upgrade and a late checkout without any hassle. The service was top-notch!

The location of this hotel is incredible. Right in the heart of the city, it is connected to a mall and has easy access to the metro. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and straight into a world of shops and restaurants.
