I had the most mind-blowing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed top-notch customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The 20% off on room service during the summer months was a wow deal, and the ongoing 50% off promotion on spa services was simply jaw-dropping! The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of food options, and Joe from the concierge provided superb service, always friendly and helpful. The coconut welcome drink was a refreshing touch. The oceanview from my balcony was spectacular, especially during sunset, and being able to enjoy it while sipping coffee was pure bliss. Carrie, one of the staff members, was super wonderful and even gave us a free room upgrade. The swimming pools and beach access were amazing, with a convenient lift for easy access. With four small children, this place was perfect for us, with a children's play area, pool, and buffet catering specifically to kids. An unexpected and special touch was the birthday cake delivered to our room on my birthday, showing thoughtfulness and a personal touch throughout our stay. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back!

As young people, we loved the variety of pools and the option to find a quiet spot to relax. The comfortable rooms and private beach access were also a big plus.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a super wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspect was definitely the helpful and kind staff, especially Carrie. She spoke English very well and even helped us get a free upgrade. She gave us her WeChat and always stayed in touch with us, even in the evenings. Another great aspect was the amazing swimming pools and easy access to the beach. The hotel had multiple pools and even had a lift to the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the sea as well. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

As a family visiting Sanya for the first time, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel than Pullman. The staff, especially those at the pool, restaurant, and concierge, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel had plenty of activities for kids, including a kiddie pool with a sandy area, an indoor play area, and even rowing boats and inflatable swans. The food at Sands restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable with thoughtful details like extra bottled water and a rack for wet clothes. We will definitely be coming back!

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel allowed smoking in certain areas, which was unpleasant for non-smokers like myself.

Affordable restaurants with delicious food. Perfect beachfront location. Thank you to the amazing staff, especially Perou, for their exceptional service and making our trip enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great, with scenic views and lovely pools to relax in. the beach access was convenient and there was even an underground path to get there without crossing the street.

The restaurant service was a major disappointment. the female manager was extremely unorganized and forgetful, resulting in long waits for our orders and even forgetting to place my order one day.
