The value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and bright, with a heavenly soft bed. The location was convenient, with a pick up drop off point to the beach and close proximity to the main lobby and restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved with more vegetarian and vegan options.

The villa with private pool was excellent. Chinese tapas at the bar were very good. Good selection at breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice surroundings - lake, pool, main lobby, soda bar, etc. Rooms are really nice with spacious bathrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed in a villa with its own pool, so relaxing and comfortable.

Despite the check, in issue, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the general manager was particularly accommodating and made sure we had a pleasant experience. the villas themselves were fantastic, with spacious rooms and the added bonus of a private pool. It was a great option for those seeking a more luxurious and secluded stay. Additionally, the main pool was enjoyable, with its large size and waterslides providing entertainment for both children and adults.

The check, in process was a bit of a hassle, as there was confusion with the room rate. It took some time to resolve the issue before we could fully enjoy our stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a stunning beach nearby. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always helpful. the room was clean, spacious, and had a wide selection of channels to choose from. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a gym in the hotel.

I stayed at Pullman Yalong Bay for the second time and specifically chose a villa with a private pool because I loved it so much before. The public pool was also great, especially for the kids who enjoyed the surf board and slide. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff, especially Gary at the restaurant, were friendly and kind. Gary even introduced us to the beach BBQ, which was a wonderful experience. it was a fantastic stay with excellent service.

We absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner options at Pullman. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff, although a few didn't speak English, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Special shout-out to the amazing woman who cleaned our room and always put a smile on our faces with her towel animals. The beach was also just a short walk away, making it easy to take a swim in the ocean and enjoy the sandy shores.
