The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. We loved the pedestrian street it was on, which was quiet at night. The staff was amazing and spoke English well. The room had a balcony with a lovely view of the street. The hotel's area had great bars and restaurants, and it was close to the South gate of Xi'an wall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We booked a room we didn't like but the hotel changed it without any extra charge. The manager and front desk staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and trips.
