I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious oasis that is Radisson Blu Hotel Kashgar. The hotel offered a comfortable and well-decorated room with stunning views of the mountains from the 16th floor. Despite some minor issues with the air conditioning and lighting, the overall experience was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff, especially Jet and Ritchie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the location may be a bit outside the city center, the hotel provided convenient transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Kashgar.

This hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and visit various sites. It is on the southern outskirts of town, but taxis are readily available for transportation. The room was modern with lovely décor and had a great bathroom. The staff were friendly and pleasant, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious food options. The hotel also had reliable wifi, which was a great convenience.

The air conditioning did not work properly, and the staff had poor English language skills. The wellness area was dirty and neglected, despite staff being present.

The breakfast was excellent, with a mix of a-la-carte and buffet options. The evening meals were also of high quality. The staff at the hotel provided exceptional support, information, and help, especially Jason, the duty manager/manager. Jason's professionalism and assistance greatly enhanced my stay. The hotel itself felt like a top-level establishment, with comfortable rooms and minimal outside noise. The front desk service was top-notch, with English-speaking staff. The gym and pool facilities were impressive.
