It was situated in an area with newly built office buildings, which made it very convenient for me as I had meetings with some big firms nearby. It was just a 5-minute walk to work! Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and taxis around, and I even found a bank just around the corner in case I ran into any credit card troubles. The location couldn't have been better for my needs.
