We got great value for our money with excellent facilities, a top-notch breakfast, and helpful concierge services at the Regent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, even securing tickets for us when our original plans fell through.

Loved the indoor pool, gym facilities, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast and hotel atmosphere, especially with the piano player. Surprised with a lovely platter of snacks and apples delivered to the room. Staff were helpful and passionate, including cleaners and bellboys. Great location within walking distance to famous sights and easy access to taxis and transportation. Peaceful and quiet hotel after a busy day.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fantastic, complete with luxurious amenities like bath salts and cotton wipes. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the concierge, who helped us with tickets to the Forbidden City and shipping a package home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Wangfujing and right next to a train station. I also loved the complimentary turn down service and the extra water provided. a truly 5-star hotel experience.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling walking street. The hotel also arranged a tourist trip for me to the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great and satisfying.

The size of my room was awesome and very clean. I loved the large bathroom and large comfy bed. Having a desk, sofa, chair, and the ability to make my own coffee and tea in the morning was great. The dining on the club floor for breakfast and dinner was fantastic.
