We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The hotel was well located, close to the metro and within easy reach of downtown areas and tourist attractions in the central area. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious.

The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro station and had a helpful staff. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing spa services offered at the hotel.

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were too soft for our liking. the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the noise from the street outside could be heard in our room, making it difficult to sleep.

Located just a short 5-minute walk from the Tongzilin subway station on Line 1, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel is also close to downtown and easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. Guests can enjoy a great view from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows. Many outside restaurants are within a short walking distance.

The hotel's smoking policy could be better enforced, as some guests have been seen smoking in prohibited areas.

We had a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities like the spa centre and the lounge area gave us a great sense of relaxation. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast upon our request.

Our only minor issue was the service. While the staff was courteous and friendly, the housekeeping missed to replenish the toiletries and we had to call for extra supplies.
