Excellent Service - Club Lounge

I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Suzhou for 7 nights and had an impressive stay. The location was great, with easy access to everywhere on foot. The front desk service was good, although there were some minor language barriers with a few staff members. The room service food was not up to par, but thankfully the Club Lounge made up for it. The Club Lounge had a fantastic view, delicious food, and great drinks. The service there was excellent, especially from the friendly and attentive staff members, Hannah and April. Their warm and polite demeanor made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to my business partners and anyone traveling to Suzhou.

We were pleased to receive a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. The lobby space was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the amusing touch of the room service robot. The hotel's high standard made it the perfect place to stay in this city, with shops just a short walking distance away. Taxis were easily available right outside the main entrance, and the option to order a limousine from the hotel was convenient.

We stayed at a lovely hotel in Suzhou and were blown away by the incredible service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged a half-day tour for us, which allowed us to explore the city hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Park and the subway, making it easy to get around. The Club Lounge staff were exceptional and made us feel pampered throughout our stay. we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.
