During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the minimalist design added a touch of elegance to our stay. the location was also convenient, as it was close to popular attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the attentive staff made our experience even better.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the lighting in the room was quite dim and some bulbs were not working, making it difficult to read or work.

The location of the hotel was great, situated between two MTR stations and with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the room size was adequate for Hong Kong standards and had all the necessary amenities like toiletries, towels, and a safe.

The staff seemed a bit uninformed and unhelpful at times. It was disappointing that they couldn't provide clear details about the hotel and were not accommodating when I requested extra pillows.
