I recently stayed at a hotel in a crowded city and was pleasantly surprised by the modern style of living at Residence G. The wooden furnitures and concrete walls gave the room a unique and different feel compared to other 4-star hotels. The front desk staff, especially Thomas, provided excellent service and assisted us upon arrival. I can't wait to stay at Residence G again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern style and attentive service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our many suitcases and arranging a late checkout. The rooms were small but comfortable, with a modern design and everything we needed. The portable wifi and phone provided were very convenient. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to shops and MTR stations.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries we had. They even provided a Handy mobile for free, with free WiFi, calls, and texts.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Neat and trendy loft-style property with cute, small rooms. Glass shower door and open bathroom add interesting touch. Beds are soft and facilities work well. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location, walking distance to eateries. Complimentary coffee and water at reception.

Great location and views. Helpful staff- allowed early check-in and stored luggage. Clean and modern rooms with included amenities like a mobile phone and Bluetooth speaker. Easily accessible by subway or bus. Private and spacious rooms with a well-stocked minibar. Delicious restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was great, situated between two MTR stations and with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the room size was adequate for Hong Kong standards and had all the necessary amenities like toiletries, towels, and a safe.

The staff seemed a bit uninformed and unhelpful at times. It was disappointing that they couldn't provide clear details about the hotel and were not accommodating when I requested extra pillows.
