We had an amazing romantic escape and felt like royalty. the staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay special. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere for our romantic getaway. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to transportation options.

The service fell short of our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. We experienced long wait times at the reception desk and the doormen were not as attentive as we had hoped.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are amazing. I particularly enjoyed the spa services and the fact that the pool and gym are open late. The room advantages were exquisite, and the private facilities were fantastic. Cons: the outdoor swimming pool was cold, and it was a minor issue.

What a fantastic stay! the transportation service was second to none, and the attentive staff made us feel very welcome. the Club level was definitely the best aspect- fantastic food choices, great drinks selection, and attentive staff that couldn't do more for us. We also appreciated the location, which was close to a mall and great restaurants. the suite was clean and comfortable, I couldn't have asked for more.

The only minor issue was communicating with taxi drivers, but the hotel staff was always on hand to help with this. a truly wonderful stay - thank you to the whole team!
