The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and had great views. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, completely changing my perception of Chinese hospitality.

I gotta say, the Ritz-Carlton in Pudong really gave us value for our money. The room was like a dream - comfy bed, stunning bathroom, and a view of the Pearl Tower right outside our window. The location was great too, with amazing views of Shanghai. But what really stood out was the staff. They treated us like royalty from the moment we checked in. Special shoutout to Angie and Ziv for going above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special. Truly exceptional service.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Shanghai for a few days. The hotel is located in the heart of the financial district and offers stunning views of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The room was beautifully designed and had a very comfortable bed. It was also equipped with a great Bose soundsystem and a Nespresso coffee maker. The staff were incredibly detail-oriented and friendly, and even provided Ritz-Carlton coffee to go mugs. The hotel is connected to a luxury mall with all the best brands, making it a great location for shopping. it was the best hotel experience I've ever had!

We got amazing value for our money at this top-notch hotel. The room was fantastic and the staff treated us like family, especially Fiona at the front desk. The location was perfect in downtown Pudong and the view from the cocktail lounge was stunning.

The hotel had exceptional rooftop views over the city, offering a stunning panorama of both Pudong and Puxi. The location was also perfect, with easy access to major attractions and shopping facilities. Additionally, the staff provided impeccable service, from the courteous and professional concierge who even tracked down my lost sunglasses, to the super host at the club lounge who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The pool area could have been better maintained, and the gym facilities could have been more up to date.

Had an amazing stay during the New Year celebration. The panoramic suite on the 42nd floor provided breathtaking views and ample space. The room featured wall-to-wall windows, a spacious bathroom, and upgraded sound box and TVs. The hotel staff was attentive and provided fast wifi service. The room service breakfast was prompt and delicious, and the Flair rooftop offered exceptional service. The location and views were also stunning, with easy access to the Metro station through a connected shopping mall.

The only downside was the afternoon tea service. While the seating area had a fantastic view, the presence of dust and long hair on the window bench was off-putting.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was beautiful with stunning views and the housekeeping staff kept it spotless. The Club Lounge had delicious food and offered a peaceful setting with breathtaking views. The hotel's location was perfect, next to a luxury mall and with incredible views of some of the tallest buildings in the world. The staff even helped arrange transportation for me, calling a taxi to the airport on a busy evening.
