The room was meticulously designed with amazing accessories and the best tub I've ever experienced. The bed was super comfortable and the treats and water bottles in every drawer were a nice touch. I also loved the many USB plugs and the mirror with a TV. The lighting in the room was perfect and the staff was incredibly organized and efficient.

The communication with some of the housekeeping and ancillary staff was a challenge as they did not understand English well. Additionally, we found that the food, laundry, and other services were quite expensive, which came as a surprise.

The contemporary oriental design of the hotel is stunning, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The rooms are spacious and the huge bathtubs are perfect for couples. The food and service at the hotel are impeccable, and I highly recommend the Mei bar for a memorable night out. Rosewood gets a 10/10 from me!
