We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the bustling shopping district. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient spot, as it was right on top of the ferry terminal and China mainland terminal. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was being upgraded to rooms with breathtaking harbor views. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent services, such as 24-hour room service and a helpful concierge desk.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, with amazing views of the harbor. It was very convenient to access the MTR train, fairy terminal, and shopping. Our room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and had good manners, which was beyond our expectations. The service was excellent, with room service available 24 hours a day. The hotel also offered amenities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the check-in process was quite slow. However, this hotel is highly recommended for families.

The security measures were also commendable, with security personnel accompanying us to our room late at night when there were noisy and disruptive guests in the elevator. The hotel's location in the bustling shopping district of TST was incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

Excellent location right on the harbour, with easy access to the ferry terminal and mainland China. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with moving our luggage to the ferry terminal. The premier room we upgraded to was spacious, perfect for a family stay. Hotel buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety.

We were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, with everything a tourist needs within walking distance. The mall underneath the hotel was a great bonus, and we loved having two different MTR lines nearby. The bridge connecting the hotel to Kowloon Park was a lovely feature, and it was fantastic to have the Star ferry terminal and waterfront just a short walk away. The high-end brands along the same road and in Harbour city mall made shopping a breeze. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and easy access to attractions in the area.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a room with a stunning view of the water. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the hotel's location near the train station made it easy for me to catch a bullet train to Dongguan. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

Great location, close to the ferry terminal and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Also, there are amazing views of the city across the harbor. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet and has a cozy reception area where you can relax and do some work.

The rooms are a bit small and bland, could use some improvement in terms of decor. Additionally, the lifts can be slow and crowded, especially when entering from street level.

The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers was perfect for us as foreign tourists. The location was incredibly convenient, as we could walk to all the major attractions. There were plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby, and we loved the Italian restaurant located in the building. The hotel was just a 2-minute walk from Harbour Shopping Centre, where we could catch a ferry to the islands for a reasonable price. it was great value for what we paid.

We enjoyed a spacious and comfortable room with a great view over the harbor. The hotel also had impressive public areas with harbour views, and we loved having our morning coffee in the peaceful Cafe on the Park.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was ideal for accessing the ferry service, which I used to travel to Zhongshan. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the TST MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the abundance of high-end shopping options in the area.

The room was slightly smaller than I expected, but that's to be expected in a bustling city like this. One other downside was the layout of the hotel, with multiple wings and lifts servicing different levels, which made navigation a bit confusing.
