I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is situated in a calm and green area, which is a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, it is conveniently located just in front of a metro station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from an ironing facilities to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff were attentive and friendly, although there were a few instances where they didn't completely understand our request in English. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a fitness studio, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

Despite a few minor language barriers with the staff, I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Shenzhen. The location was perfect, as it was located just in front of a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel was situated in probably the most green area I've stayed in so far, providing a tranquil and calming environment. Additionally, the hotel was only about a 30-minute ride from the airport, making it easily accessible.

The only minor downside was that some of the staff did not completely understand our requests in English, but they were still very friendly and accommodating. However, this did not hinder my overall experience at this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel located just a stone's throw away from the bustling metro station and surrounded by convenient shops, cafes, and a beautiful park. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to tourist attractions and industrial areas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the hotel itself was very clean and spacious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a swimming pool and some tired-looking rooms in the east wing, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, convenient amenities, and overall value for money. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

The hotel had a great location, close to many attractions. The staff spoke English, which was a relief. There was a lovely Christmas decoration in the lobby that added a festive touch.

The room was quite small and not very soundproof, I could hear the noise from the hallway and other guests. The breakfast was average, with limited options for Western tastes.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the OCT metro station and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. The area is clean and comfortable with beautiful streets lined with trees. Additionally, the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating.
