The lobby decorations were impressive, featuring a pool table and a cozy common area. the location was perfect, with the metro station right next door and a 24-hour shop just two doors down. the staff, especially Louis, were incredibly helpful and spoke great English. We definitely plan on returning.

I recently stayed at Chi Chen Boutique for my trip to Shanghai. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the curtains on the lower bunk beds for added privacy. The shower was spacious and well-equipped. my stay at Chi Chen Boutique was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.
